I made a list of everything I’d have to buy for my best friend’s bridal shower, and then once I had that, I got to work. At the top of the list was getting a graduation party invitation. I checked out what the Internet had to offer because I don’t really like the hassle of shopping from store to store. I hit the jackpot there. The prices and selection were both better than I expected. I even got a few items at a great discount price. The bridal shower invitations were really nice with silver writing on the front and pearl embossed borders. It wasn’t a place that specialized in bridal acessories, either; they had basic party invitations and engagement party invitations, too, along with other things.
The place card holders they had were adorable, so I got those, along with other supplies. Another item I picked out for the bride was a sign-in book for guests so that she could keep track of who gave her what gifts easily. A particular design for a place card holder struck me as being really neat. They had these little plastic handbags that I filled with colorful little candies and found place cards with pink lilies printed on them. Next to the other decorations and presents, they were a real eye-catcher. You should see all the cute litte favor boxes you can get for just about any ocassion you are planning on celebrating. Flower decorations were on the containers I picked out, and I put them all on a serving dish on the table that held the gifts. Every person at the bridal shower took a gift from the platter, and it looked classy that way. I picked out a few kinckknacks as awards for winning the bridal shower activities we were going to play, and the thank you presents were sets that had everything you’d need to give a manicure. Some of the other odds and ends I used for door prizes were adorable little bath soaps, make-up mirrors, and novelty keychains.
Party game suggestions abound on the Internet. There was a real funny one called ‘Take It Off ‘ where everyone puts a paper bag over their heads and then the hostess tells everyone to remove one article, and you’d be surprised how many ladies don’t think to remove the bag. It’s comical to watch that game unfold, and it’s a good way to see just how smart your friends are. There are other mirthful games that we did, like bridal bingo. Looking online saved me a ton of money and exposed me to a lot of options I, otherwise, wouldn’t have known anything about. The favors and invitations I bought were a bargain. I paid a fraction of what I had expected, I had lots of accessories to choose from and I didn’t have to go with inferior products. Since the website also sold wedding invitations and favors, I let my friend who was about to get married know about it, since I was sure she could use a wide selection to pick from. Getting her things for the wedding here will save her money and give her some great ideas to work with. The shower was a hit because of them, I know that much. The bridal shower was a sensation, and everyone there liked their shower favors, too. The last thing to do is to send them all thank yous for being a guest at the shower. The thank you cards, as you might expect, were purchased on the net as well. Now I have to go back online because I’m helping my friend plan her sons’ birthday party and they have quite a bit to offer there too.

I’m giving my best friend a bridal shower and before I even got started I sat down and made a list of all the things I needed to buy for the party. Goal number one was finding a birthday party invitation. I checked out what the Internet had to offer because I don’t really like the hassle of shopping from store to store. That was the right thing to do. The prices and selection were both better than I expected. The price I paid on some things were almost criminal. The bridal shower invitations were really nice with silver writing on the front and pearl embossed borders. They had all kinds of invitation cards, from general party invitations to specific ones, like engagement party invitations.
I found some darling place card holders for the party as well, among other things. The wedding guest book was another present I purchased; it would help the couple keep good records of who gave them which gifts. There was also a cute idea for a place card holder that I really liked. Pink lilies adorned the place cards I picked out, and each guest received brightly-wrapped candies in a small plastic purse. They looked so nice on the party tables along with the decorations and party favors I chose for everyone. No matter what the reason for the gathering, they have an appropriate favor box to go with it. The boxes I selected had floral designs, and I piled them neatly on a cake platter and set them on the table with all the presents. It was a good-looking way to set it up, and everyone there just came by and grabbed a gift. As thank you gifts I decided on manicure sets for everyone, and I bought a few extra gifts as prizes for the party games we were going to play. I got little decorative soaps, purse mirrors, novelty key rings and many other little trinkets that made great prizes.
There were plenty of proposals for bridal shower games on the web as well. If you want to see something humorous, try playing ‘Take It Off,” a game where you have to but a bag on your head and then, when the person running the game tells you to take off one piece of clothing, you have to take one off – and it’s astonishing how many women don’t have it come to mind that they ought to take off the bag. That is a funny experience you’ll never forget. We also played bridal bingo and a couple other funny games. Deciding to surf the web was an excellent thing to do since I saw all kinds of things I could use and a good portion of them were very affordable. The favors and invitations I bought were a bargain. The things I purchased were well made, and I spent a lot whole less than I thought I would have to, and had a whole lot more choices. This site I found also has wedding invitations and favors, so I made it a point to inform my friend who was getting married about it, since I was sure she would want to know about this place. Getting her things for the wedding here will save her money and give her some great ideas to work with. The bridal shower wouldn’t have been as good without it. The bridal shower was a sensation, and everyone there liked their shower favors, too. Now that the party is over, I’m filling out the guest thank you cards thanking them for attending. The thank you cards, as you might expect, were purchased on the net as well. Now I have to go back online because I’m helping my friend plan her sons’ birthday party and they have quite a bit to offer there too.
